You must be the property owner or someone in charge of your property with sufficient authority to submit an application. Upon submission of the application, the property owner will be notified immediately and will need to approve an inspection of their property by one of our supervisors.
URGENT requests are reserved for specific incidents that disrupt basic services to your property, such as power outages or water leaks, which can also cause problems for your neighbors.
Inspections and work are coordinated with the entity responsible for honoring your warranty. Once coordinated with them, we will validate the inspection and work dates, which we will ask you about once everything is fully coordinated.
